We make every effort to describe products and prices accurately. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel orders affected by a pricing or stock error.
Orders and Payment
An order is accepted when we confirm it by email. Payment must be completed using the methods offered at checkout before dispatch.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and depend on product availability and the carrier. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Returns
Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first at [email protected] to arrange a return. Fitted, used or damaged parts and opened lubricants cannot be returned unless faulty.
Vehicle Compatibility
It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm that a part is suitable for their vehicle. Our team is happy to help you check before you order.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Elma AutoParts is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any dispute.
